WALL MOUNT CLASSIFIED PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK (PON) USER DROP BOX 1 (CUDB1)

This wall mount enclosure provides a secure framework for supporting optical network terminals (ONTs) in a classified passive optic network (PON) environment. As an additional feature, this user drop box (UDB) provides two security layers. The outer user door that can be padlocked with the Sargeant & Greenleaf® 8077AD padlock, and the internal key lock administration compartment housing the ONT, as well as cable management, and ingress of the armored fiber cable assembly typical to a classified PON installation. The lower “cable garages” provide compartmentalization; and ethernet patch cord and ONT power cable routing to exits on the lower bottom right of the enclosure. Louvers come standard on one side to provide passive cooling and ventilation. Welded cable management tabs are located in the administration compartment for cable management, as well as on the inner door for the fiber optic alarm loop attachment typical to a classified PON installation. This enclosure can be special ordered and modified to meet specific user or ONT manufacturer requirements.

16-gauge electro-galvanized steel. Powder Coat Finish: White Textured. Inner removable spring hinged door with key lock. Outer drop-down door with internal spring hinge secured by Sargeant & Greenleaf® padlock. One (1) internal ONT enclosure storage (not included). Three (3) cable/power I/O punches.
