Quality Assurance
Holocom believes in holding itself accountable to its customers in ensuring complete customer satisfaction and ongoing compliance with government regulations. To that end, Holocom provides the following Quality Assurance services:
- Quality Assurance Inspections:
Holocom will, upon request, perform a detailed QA inspection of a
completed or in-progress implementation of Holocom PDS. This
inspection will assess the implementation against both applicable
government regulations, and stringent Holocom QA guidelines based on
identified best practices. Holocom makes this service available at
any point in the product life cycle at a nominal cost, if any.
- Remediation Plan:
In the event that a Holocom QA inspection identifies unacceptable
deficiencies, Holocom will work with the customer to create a plan
for bringing the deficient implementation up to standards. This
plan will identify the most efficient way to correct the
installation in terms of required labor hours and materials.
Holocom also makes this service available at no charge.
- Installation Services:
Holocom can provide assistance with the remediation process in
several ways. Holocom can recommend a certified install partner
with experience that meets the customer’s specific needs, and can
work with distributors to secure any additional required product at
a reasonable price. Holocom can also provide an on-site SME who
will work with installers to complete the remediation to a high
quality standard, using the optimal amount of time and material.
Holocom guarantees the final product of this work under the terms of its
warranty. Holocom will provide a quote for these services upon request.
